6 chicken thighs
Ready cooked and crumbled bacon Whole cloves of garlic Cooking spray Salt & Pepper Granulated garlic |
Directions
Trim extra fat from sides and beneath the thighs
From the large bone end use a short pearing knife to cut a deep pocket in the thigh. Use your finger to help open the pocket. Stuff bacon and 3 to 4 cloves garlic deep into the pocket. Season with pepper, salt, granulated garlic. Place skin side up in baking pan spray with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or till browned and juice runs clear. |
