Ingredients 1 can cut Okra Or 12 fresh okra cut in pieces 1 large tomato, chopped 1 large onion, sliced 1 tsp granulated garlic 3 cups cooked rice Salt & pepper to taste Oil for frying veggies |
Directions Saute onions & tomatoes until onions turn clear. Add granulated garlic and can of Okra undrained. Simmer on low flame until heated thru, stirring often. Add cooked rice. Stir until heated thru.
Serve hot with your favorite entree.
