3 thick pork chops with bone in
1 rib celery, diced
1/4 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 Granny Smith apple, peeled and diced
3 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp thyme
3/4 cup dry stuffing mix
Soul Q Sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Saute veggies in butter until soft and stuffing mix cook for 5 minutes.
Cut a deep pocket in chop. Stuff with stuffing mix, season with salt and pepper. Pour Soul Q Sauce over chops.
Bake covered at 350 for about 1 hour or until temp reads 175.ts
