| Ritz Cracker Pie |

Ingredients
Mix #1 20 Ritz crackers crushed ½ cup sugar 1 cup chopped pecans Pinch of salt Mix #2 3 egg whites, beaten until stiff 1-teaspoon vanilla 5 Tablespoons sugar |
Directions
Fold mixture #1 into #2 and pour into pie plate. Cook 20 to 30 minutes at. Let cool. Top pie with ½ pint whipped cream to which 3 tablespoons sugar and 1-teaspoon vanilla is added. Put in refrigerator for at least 3 hours or over night |
