Ingredients
1 cup uncooked rice
2 cups chicken or vegetable broth, heated 2 tblsp canola oil 1 tblsp butter 1/2 onion, chopped 3-4 tblsp Chili Pepper Paste |
Directions
Heat butter and oil in saucepan. Add onions stew until golden (5 minutes). Add rice and stir until all grains are coated. Add broth and cover and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add Chili Pepper Paste and stir. Cover and simmer until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed. |
