Ingredients
7 cups white rice
1 cup basmati rice 8 cups water 1/4 cup marjoram 1/4 cup thyme 1/4 cup onion salt |
Directions
Combine rices and water in 20 cup rice steamer and heat.
Remove Rice into a 12" X 24" X 3" baking pan let cool 10 to 15 minutes Break rice up with a fork, sprinkle canola oil to help keep rice from sticking to itself while you continue fluffing with fork or clean fingers. Once rice is seperated and spread out in you baking pan, add the seasoning and continue to fluff. When the rice has been seasoned cover baking pan with aluminium foil and place in the refigerator. Pre-heat oven to 300º and bake rice for 10 minutes. Makes 15 - 20 portions |
