Directions Praline Chicken Breast
Lightly salt chicken breast. Sauté chicken in butter & oil combination. Cook until done. While chicken is cooking make praline sauce. Preparation: Directions for praline sauce. In a small saucepan over low heat combine brown sugar, evaporated milk, and butter. Cook and stir praline sauce until sauce is smooth and syrupy, about 5 minutes. Stir in vanilla extract and pecans. Makes about 1 1/4 cups of praline sauce. |
